Festival of Plants

Cambridge University Botanic Garden holds its Festival of Plants each year in May, offering something for everyone to enjoy: from families to photographers, gardeners to budding plant scientists or anyone looking for an interesting day out in beautiful surroundings. This is a day dedicated to bringing plant into focus.

The next edition of the Festival of Plants will be on Saturday 18 May, 2019.

In 2018, the Festival of Plants took place on Saturday 19 May, with several research groups from the Department of Plant Sciences and the Sainsbury Laboratory presenting their work to the public and engaging children in learning about the science they do. Click here to read all about it.
