A networking organisation for plants-related research and impact

Spend the day at The Morley Agricultural Foundation to explore how young scientists and farmers can work together to improve the agriculture industry and meet the global food challenges of the future.

We’ll be showcasing the the path that science takes to get on farm and how you can engage with it more effectively. Bringing together science and farming to help each understand more about the other, we’ll be looking at practical knowledge such as how to sample soil and act on the results, interpreting image data from farms, as well as thinking about technology and techniques of the future.

Topics will include:

Soil sampling and soil improvement, farming techniques of the future, and interrogating image data including yield maps.

Keynote speakers include Emily Norton, Norfolk dairy entrepreneur, Bill Clark, NIAB Technical Director and Cambridge University Researchers.
