If you’re a plant scientist or a young farmer, join us for an informal evening get-together.

An exclusive evening discovering the importance of scientist/grower relationships, what’s taking place in plant growth facilities & the practical applications, and how you can work with and inform the research taking place.

Come along to this meeting to discover more about what actually takes place in the labs, and how it affects what’s growing out in the fields. We’ll be taking a look round the Botanic Gardens, the greenhouses, and the plant growth facilities.

To encourage you further, we’ll also be providing pizza!

A comparable event was held at John Innes Centre on 4 November when small groups of young scientists and farmers toured the John Innes Centre and talked about the research underway, and the challenges facing growers now and in the future.

2-8 November was a National Young Farmers Week
